M&M Cookies

In an unprecedented turn of events, a few weeks ago I discovered that I had actually successfully hidden chocolate from myself. As I was shuffling through the contents of our highest kitchen cupboard, out came a bag of mini M&Ms, along with the overwhelming desire to bake some cookies. So I did. And, in another unprecedented turn of events, they were beautiful. (I think it has something to do with the oatmeal.)
